Gerimed is a privately owned health care company and leaders at elderly health care in the Western Cape of South Africa.

Consisting out of two Health Care Centres:  Gerimed Kleinmond and Gerimed Langebaan

The Care Centres consist of sub-acute care (step-down care), frail care and assisted living care in private apartments.

Gerimed is registered with B.H.F. (Board of Health Care Funders), Department of Health and all Medical Aids.

We are a halfway house between an acute hospital and home, to take the financial burden off medical aids, patients and their families.

Our Services include:  Skilled nursing care, Assisted living care

Local Doctor Services include:  Rehabilitation, Physiotherapists, Occupations Therapists and Speech Therapists
