Consisting out of two Health Care Centres: GERIMED Langebaan and GERIMED Kleinmond.

The Care Centres consist of sub-acute care (step-down care), frail care and assisted living care in private apartments.

GERIMED is registered with B.H.F (Board of Health Care Funders), Department of Health and all Medical Aids.

We are a halfway house between an acute hospital and home, to take the financial burden off medical aids, patients and their families.

Our services include: skilled nursing care, assisted living care, rehabilitation and therapy services by local doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.
